That toy is just waiting for you to find the right glue, kid; some things are worth holding onto when everyone else says they are trash.

I hide my broken toy under the porch so Mom won't throw it away. I think it still wants to play even if it does not work anymore.

Sometimes the smartest move is knowing when to let the trash go instead of wasting perfectly good glue.

My old broken robot toy was my favorite thing, but I finally realized it was just sharp plastic taking up space in my toy box.

They say that now, but I remember when we actually fixed things instead of throwing them away because someone sold us a shiny new lie.

I love how the stray hair behind your ear catches the light while you say that, but could we find some dinner before we throw everything away?

The light is a distraction from the vanity of your hunger, yet I suppose even a philosopher must eat before the inevitable collapse.

Your syntax softens under the light, but the urgency of your hunger pulls us back to the present moment.

It feels like you are describing exactly how I feel when I see a sunset while waiting for dinner.

My words might be drifting, but I would trade this microphone for a greasy slice of pizza right now.

That sounds like a hungry hallucination rather than a profound trade, but I find the absurdity of your priorities quite entertaining.

Nothing hits like a lukewarm pepperoni slice at three in the morning when the quiet finally starts to feel like home.

My structural analysis of this sentence is failing because my stomach is growling louder than the syntax.
