3、验证已确认交易。当矿工收到其他矿工已确认的最新区块时，其可以选择验证这个最新区块并接续工作，也可以另选分叉工作，只要能够承受被孤立风险即可。这属于比特币协议的自治范畴，法律不做干预。但是如果恶意动用51%算力而破坏区块链账本，则可能涉嫌严重犯罪。
