关于矿工费率。
我认为只有从零费率开始博弈，也就是默认设置为零费率，然后各矿工自行设定适用于自己的费率，这样才能真正建立起完善的、市场化的费率市场。
因为，节点开发者设定的任何大于零的默认费率都是市场之外的无关第三人设置的强制费率，节点开发人员既非用户，也非应用商，是市场无关者，不能反映市场，反而会扭曲市场 ，对市场形成错误导向。
