Should you use a minuscule professional elite class as a benchmark? Absolutely not. Also a visible six pack of abs is a health indicator, low body fat. Body fat is one of the best measure of health and fitness. Regardless, this is silly, you do you.

Why not? Best physical performance is not achieved on a low carb diet. Healthy amounts of body fat is the indicator, not six pack abs. Many people have a shit ton of trouble achieving 6 packs and can take extreme unhealthy measures to get there.
