Yeah im still not clear on what you mean. Ima say it in my layman terms so you can see how im looking at it. If theres a hotdog eating contest. And theres 40 people that participate. And the record is 20 hotdogs. Next year there are 100 contestants 1/

And both 1st and second place winners eat more then 20 hotdogs is odd? Wait maybe this wasnt a good analogy.

There is less hot dogs for the 2nd candidate to eat (votes), making it unlikely that there will be enough for both to break previous record (statistically). I am sure someone can calculate the odds, I am only looking at it without going to deep.
