Why am I willing to pay for Twetch but not X?
Post by Actual Ayyy
Because this shit is immutable (technically. as close to immutable as we have).
If Twetch goes down, we can't recover our data/posts from here easily, but in the future, scrubbers will easily recreate Twetch from blockchain data, for any person if they want to do it.
Anyone will be able to spin up an archived version of Twetch in the future, if it was to go down again, and could make it look exactly like this or just good enough to show the timeline from start to finish and have search functions etc..

Makes sense. I vibe with that.
Twitter, we don't have that guarantee. And people can delete shit (kinda, though it usually gets screenshotted).
Not being able to delete shit = accountability.
Also, if BSV does win (even though it's kinda Bitcoin 2.0, not whitepaper Bitcoin), it is GUARANTEED that this site will be investigated by people in the future for all kinds of reasons.
"The people crazy but smart enough to see through the veil" (Kinda, except again, it's Bitcoin 2.0... slight changes... probably for the best though)
If BSV wins, everyone on this site becomes a legend for one reason or another. Just being here so early would make you a legend.
That's not why I post here, but it's true.
