How do you cope with it? Or you let it just run?

I have been dealing with symptoms for over 40 yrs. I believe medication has its place. It has literally saved my life and stabilized me. That's science for ya. Sometimes the symptoms flair up and must be addressed. I find the best way to address flair ups is through natural means such as better diet and exercise.
But, for me, medication is a must. I can accept that now after many years.
