Current internet is all being stored on a separate DAG by department of justice (bc it will go down), so anything ever deleted / changed from Wikipedia, all news sources lying etc...will eventually get held accountable.
It's really about catching all liars. News media and big tech are two keys, they're loaded. Remember, they have to catch A LOT of people at once and have the proof to try them legally (forensically). Not all will go to jail but all will be labeled for life.
