Right under "Leaderboard" I wanna see "Troll Tolls" and when I click it I wanna see 2 columns - 1 for tolls I set against others and 1 for tolls I've had set against me.

Been thinking about this... I'm not sure if that's the best way, but I absolutely agree that we need a way to see troll tolls that are set, coupled with an interface to set/reset/remove them easily.

And since you mentioned the leaderboard, there should be multiple leaderboards. One should be number of troll tolls set against a user, sortable by total troll toll value, or by number of troll tolls, and the same for troll tolls that user has set.
