Twetch suggestion: add an option to block from general feed. Each block will cost 1$. Each block will cause the blocked user to earn 1% less on future likes, branches and comments for his posts. And/or cost him 1% more to post, branch and comment.

Cancellation of a previous request for block will also cancel the affect on the blocked user's future earnings and costs by resetting to the original condition before the blocking.
