Here are a couple of ideas off the top of my head:

1. Let people "recharge" their account with a credit card. In the backend twetch simply buys BSV on behalf of the account and keeps a small percentage as a fee.
2. Create a community pool of BSV that anyone can donate to which is then distributed to new users. Maybe a few thousand sats per new user. Enough for them to start interacting with the app.
