Now at 9 minutes Solar Gazing (HRM) per day, I feel great!
I will try the transition to 1 meal every 48 hours (HEM) as I progress with Solar.
Wish me success. 💫

Such a glorious day today in self-isolation. I achieved 8 minutes and 20 seconds (500 seconds) Solar-gazing (HRM). Sending out love and blessings to everyone. 💝.
