Why do I advocate that you learn to code?

Because programming is one of the most powerful, AND generalized skills you can learn, and it is still a required input to producing a complete business product in the modern world.

Also I need more people who can help me with it. There's only so much I can do in one day.

And for many of us, we are still learning and could very much use more experienced people who are out there to help us...

Mentorship, peer programming, design guidance... Even sharing good resources that teach good practices are valuable to us!
