Looks like things are getting serious. I should be getting a job offer in the next couple days however I really enjoy the company I’m with I’m compensated very well. This new company is a Japanese company and if you’ve ever worked for Japanese company, you understand loyalty. I’m just worried that they will not give me pay raises every year so we will see what the offer is.
