Winner will be announced in 24 hours. So far it is going good but it could be better 🙂

1 shoe = 5, 1 kid =5, 1 paper = 2, 1 kid wearing 2 shoes = 5x10 = 50, kid with shoes x paper + shoe = 50 x 2 + 5 = 105

It is not logical to multiply the person by the shoes. Together they are a sum, not a product.

ok ok... its 15 :)

So maybe 11 ???

51
This one is kinda silly because we're left to guess whether we should add or multiply the combined stuff.

1JLBut…aTuZ Key · twetch
Replying to@1JLBut…aTuZ

There is no reason to guess. If you had 2 puppies and 5 kittens you would call that 7 pets, not 10.

Please excuse my dear Aunt Sally. She forgot how to math earlier.

At least she didn’t gave up on solving it till it’s done.

Ok, the boy is holding stuff aswel, so 5 + (9x2) = 23

Replying to@1JLBut…aTuZ

The boy has shoes as well?? Aarrg
So 5 + (19x2) = 43

1 shoe = 5
Boy = 5
1 paper = 2
Boy wearing 2 shoes and holding 2 papers = 5+(5+5)+(2+2) = 19
So answer is 5+19x2 = 43

I am awfully bad at math so my humble guess is: (10+5)x4=60 OR 10+(5x4)=30 I suppose that since + and - separates terms the second answer is the valid one but with parentheses the first is also valid?? Idk man I failed math every single year in high school

Each shoe = 5 (10 for pair)
Each man = 5
Each bouquet = 2 (4 for pair)

5+(5+10+4)x2 = 5+19x2 = 5+38 = 43

Lol, I’m finding most of the wrong answers people have are more from not noticing the details than actually being able to perform the calculation correctly

Actually 43 is my final answer .. last line has lots of details I missed first time .. last line is (1/2 x 10 )+ ((10+4+5) x (1/2 x 4) = 43
5 + (19 x 2) = 43
5 + 38 = 43

Woops, 5 + (15 X 2) = 35. So 35.
