Ah, one of my scarier thoughts that attacked is that if everything is a simulation on disk or flash ram, that it can be erased and destroyed, to be upgraded or replaced. Actually gave me psychosis for a couple hours. 🥴 😶

that's strange
i always thought robots were created from human based learning therefore
even if simulated flash rams among the herd were replaced regularly or not - robots would inherently be born with permanent human psychosis regardless 🤔

My scare was not that certain parts were being replaced, it was my perspective that encompasses all matter around and outside my consciousness was THE program, not to sound self centered, but i have the FPV IML, and it meant no afterlife if its flash ram.
My wife called her brother and he prayed with me, i felt maybe i was a bad program thru my choices and because of it all i know (we know collectively) would be erased and replaced, it was an episode to say the least and a bit hard to explain now.
If all we know is just on flash disk, when the chip is popped off the mb and no current runs thru it, it is all gone.
