When a ship or a boat travels towards us over the horizon you see its mast first, then the nose of the boat.
Ive witnessed myself of this.
Alot of laws of nature would also rule out the flat earth theory.
Objects in negative space are round.

I want to hear peoples opinions on this, because its a topic that often comes up in my household and while I think its nuts there are some pretty valid counterpoints being thrown around?

If we can see further than the math allows for, the model is wrong. Use your eyes, a telescope and some basic spherical trigonometry and wake up. The globe is less real than our monetary system...
