They can absolutely insert thoughts remotely. They repeatedly inserted "Hang yourself" over the course of years to me, amongst many other things. They did not feel like my own thoughts at all, they felt foreign, like some kind of telepathy.
They can insert urges (like almost taking over your body, and trying to make you punch someone you care about - this happened to me, I had to literally resist my own arm/body from doing that at one point)
They can shut down your limbs remotely (they paralyzed my legs once in my house, I went outside after it stopped and a white van was slowly rolling by my house on the wrong side of the street closest to my house, in the middle of the night, on a very low traffic street)
