If one were simply analyzing traditional anchor points in the blockchain trilemma (decentralization, scalability, security/consistency), what attributes (e.g., TPS, confirmation time, hash rate) could be placed against each element? Good data source?

Looking for solid resources on blockchain-based internet replacement scenarios. Preferably broader than just BSV, SOL, ICP. Ideally, scholarly sources that identify easily comparable attributes - TPS, # of nodes, etc.
