What comes 1st in my mind is metamaterials, but I don't know much about them yet.

Thank you. My goal is for the craft to be very slow moving. If possible I would like to figure out how to make it operate much like a sail boat. Think afternoon drinks flying over the prairie or seaside going 10-20 mph.
