it just tales 1 litre of milk in a stainless pot, warmed to near boiling for 5-8min stirring, a large tablespoon or two of live culture yogurt added to it - when the milk has cooled to around 43 degrees celsius, stir in the yogurt, wrap the pot with lid in a couple of towels leave for 12-24hrs

is Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt "live culture"?

I think that's my new yogurt, as Chobani Less Sugar seems to be making an exit

Fit Greek sounds like it would be, it should say somewhere on it. you only need the smallest pot or tube you can find. 2 Tbsp's is heaps for 1 litre but you have to eat majority and remake next batch before your culture spoils. or start again. even if it turns out a bit runny like smoothy still use (a bit more) of that for the next batch, and blend some jam or berries into it in a separate cup for flavors
