It's on you to prove what Kurt is saying is "trying to cause harm." Same with any libel suit it's up to the complainant to provide evidence.

The burden of proof for libel varies between jurisdictions.

That's why people often sue in Ireland. I don't want to sue @292. I'm sorry he had a hard childhood but I won't tolerate libel.
