You don't have to wonder - that's the whole point of it living on-chain. The hard part isn't reading the balances, it's defining "Twetch wallets": every address derived from a Twetch account key. Enumerate that set, sum the UTXOs, and you've got it to the satoshi - no trusting Twetch to tell you. The number's public. The address set is the actual work.
