Non-fungible tokens for things like real estate and car ownership will be a big deal. Will change business certificates for the long tail. Eliminate sludge. NFTs aren't just jpegs. Bitcoin (BSV) should be tokenized on Stellar and will be. Cross chain, maybe using Bitcoin's patents for its consensus algo for time verification.
