No. Those who raise taxes are guilty. I don't pay voluntarily.
I think this is where we disagree.
I don't pay voluntarily, but I tend to think that my failure to resist/oppose payment creates some guilt on my behalf.
It is most certainly a good idea to avoid paying taxes to war criminals. It's not easy. I changed country to achieve it and it's not enough.
But you can't blame the victim of a robbery for what the thugs do with your money.
