TradingView doesnt require KYC if thats what you reffer to.

Learning about Bitcoin is a finance trainning on its own imo :)

The first search result - comes up with OANDA.com (which is powered by Trading View apparently) So that asks where you live up top to open an account - I didn't look past that.

Your link points to an index fund that has nothing to do with BSV. If BSV was just 82 dollars I would be all in by now haha
