The bacteria in the microbiome help digest our food, regulate our immune system, protect against other bacteria that cause disease, and produce vitamins including B vitamins B12, thiamine, riboflavin, and Vitamin K, which is needed for blood coagulation.

This is really interesting, our microbiome CREATES B vitamins? Vit k?

Yeah we are similar to the plant kingdom. The micorrhiza fungus that grows along plant and tree roots, break down the soil and makes ready the nutrients for the plant.
This is incredibly interesting. VitK is necessary for Vit D absorption from the sun, therefore if our microbiome is out of whack (and lets be honest, majority of the populations is) our immune system is already hindered.
When I started to get sick a few years back the first thing I was diagnosed with was lactose intolerance (gut related) then it was b12 deficiency, then hypothyroid.
So it's evident that nothing functions correctly without a healthy gut.
Lead a neurotoxin was a pollution in paint and gas. Fluoride in the toothpaste and water. GMO wheat fucks the gut microbes. the cattle get vaccines and steroids that we drink in pasteurized milk. All are attacks on our collective self.
