You shouldnt trust the government. But you shouldnt trust anyone else either you know. I believe what makes sense to me. I like to dabble in conspiracy but i never commit to it balls deep.

If a government has no conscious on killing innocent people in other countries, why would that same government have a conscious killing its own citizens? It fits a narrative, that makes them money and power.
