Interesting to look at it from an opportunity cost angle.
Yes, things will change in many ways, when Twetch is as big as Twitter is now.
With YouTube, Facebook, Twitter openly censoring/deleting atm, now's the time to get people on board. But how?

Re: Opportunity Cost. Long run returns on twitch should be maximized by strategies which maximize social capital, solving the dual problems that social capital can’t be measured and social capital lies not just in good people but good relationships.

16SgJCRH7fB5ny6wCHabmiGaa6wcbve6WS VerifiedCensorship: Twetch is censored and will be until everything is on the blockchain and President Randy controls only one frontend for twetch. I like it censored with no NSFW content. The real advantage is incentives makes rules less important.
Censorship: I was more referring to people losing their whole accounts or specific content being hidden/censored, all at the whim of one company. As you said, one can always build another frontend for Twetch feat. all or only specific/filtered content.
Opportunity cost: Well put, although I can imagine people building (or trying to build) "social capital" and "good relationships" based on lies, maybe even successfully. Wondering, if Twetch has different incentives here than "traditional" social media.
How to encourage adoption? “You post for free now, get paid to post! Trolls and spammers essentially subsidize normal users and good content creators. Worst case you read for free without ads, pay pennies to post. Here’s some BSV to get you started!”
Not sure, if getting paid to post or posting for free does not skew the incentives towards spam posting, see Baemail.
Never mind, I see now, what you meant, it was like an elevator pitch! Sounds good to me.
I meant that posting for free is what you do now on twitter, where as on twetch you get paid for likes on your posts, etc. So if you have friends on the platform you will make money sometimes on posts, when not lose only pennies, read for free no ads
Yeah, see above, on second thought, I got it ;)
In the end, we're still(!) early adopters of Bitcoin, Twetch etc.
New concepts like this are slow to penetrate and replace old ones, but it seems we're slowly gaining traction in many ways :)
