memes created by lex, rod, anomuumi etc are their own art so they can sell them
no they should be capped at "free" like the creators intended lol
the labour of creating their art and showing appreciation needs some kind of reward for their labour
but the ones that are just someone else meme monetise should be free.
but freshly created art/memes theres no reason why they shouldn't have the right to sell it
