Surely there could be better way to spend 300 mil

The best way to spend 300 mil is how it's being done today: Steam roll the public with bullshit. Orchestrating billions of dollars of fiat and psychological wash trading. Let's not forget that the incomes of the firms involved are also mostly securitized.

Imagine if a fraction of that (like $300 mil) actually had to be tied to reality (energy cost) to secure cyber information and mitigate threats.

We spend way more securing the major blockchains and leave nothing to securing sigint, infosec, etc... atm.

im no against spending $300 mil on pow signalling, but using it to ask questions to presidential candidates sound meh

It's obviously stupid to spend $300 mill to PREVENT A RELEVANT QUESTION to be asked to a president candidate.

And that's my point.

It's a problem that Joe Biden has not been confronted with his corruption by media.

Boost POW could solve stuff like this.

I was demonstrating that "people with a lot of money" can't do whatever they want in a democracy because they can't afford it.

I used an extreme example to show how effective Boost POW is.

It was never a realistic scenario.
