First who, then what. It's really about an operating cadence, and a recognition and adoption and interlocking with that other person's energy, history, vision, mission and values. The math is essential but also a distraction from honest human relationship.

A big part of the battle is finding people who actually are interested in progress versus stasis. Most folks seem to be LARPing through life. I am often reminded of Kafka's Castle which is filled with gatekeepers who protect the status quo.
