I worked at a few really high end country clubs in my 20s. One was a top 100 club in the USA, another was one of the top 50 in the world and the last wasn't ranked, but the initiation fee to join was $375,000.
What I learned from my experiences was the power of customer service. "The New Gold Standard" is a great book about the power of customer service at Ritz Carlton hotels. Companies that create memorable experiences FOR their customers, win. What can I give? This is an abundance mindset.
It's hilarious to me when businesses think they own their customers, that if they leave they can be replaced. If you have that mentality, you will never have sustained success. Winning in business is about creating 1000 strong advocates. Twetch used to have that.
