What type of crab? Best days of my life were crabbing blue crab with my grandpa and dad.

Either dungeness or rock crab but caught only a small red rock crab. But a blissful afternoon nonetheless.

How do you catch them? Have to go set out the pots right?

This spot isn’t all that great. Throwing the traps out beyond the boulders at the shore. One trap we had to bend to get it unstuck and back up beyond the rocks. A bit lower of a tide would have helped too. Just so sweet to be out together at the ocean.
