My fellow people,
If you haven't start meditating. You should start now! It's your natural state of being. It's what you are born with, you just forgotten about it. With more insanity of the world, you'll need more mental stillness.
Dedicate some of your time to meditate, 5 minutes or 10 minutes… whatever suits you. But please try it, you have to evolve. Imagine when artificial intelligence took over your IQ thinking. You have to build from scratch again.
Meditativeness is something you are born with, find it. You'll be surprised what's it like to be a human. Clarity, Stillness, Happiness and Joy is all inside of you.
