BREAKING🚨: Decision maintained! A London High Court Judge 🇬🇧 Richard Smith on Monday upheld a previous ruling that http://Bitcoin.org website operators, including the pseudonymous Cøbra Can't Fight $700K Craig Wright Satoshi Nakamoto Legal Fees!

On Monday, London High Court Justice Richard Smith dismissed Cøbra's appeal on the November ruling saying that, although there are several reasons why parties would legally request anonymity, including threat to life, Cøbra's reasons for not identifying themselves seemed "not only unworkable but also risked undermining the very principles of natural justice" because they sought to remain anonymous "not only against the public at large, but against the Claimant [Wright] and the court as well."

Dr Craig Wright aka Satoshi Nakamoto, accused operators of the http://Bitcoin.org payment network's website of infringing his rights by publishing the white paper. Wright claimed that, as Satoshi, he owned the copyright to the #Bitcoin white paper.

Judge David Hodge, QC issued an injunction prohibiting Cobra from infringing Wright's copyright in the U.K., either through making the white paper accessible for download on the website or "in any other way.

An order requiring http://bitcoin.org to publish a copy of the court's order was also issued.

Wright's lawyers said Monday they are awaiting an order on next steps, including whether Cøbra will now be required to pay in full.
