BREAKING🚨: Dr. Craig Wright's Tulip Trading case (mentioned or cited 47 times in the document) will allow the law of the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 to develop more appropriate legal principles and rules since the courts have already analyzed the Tulip Trading case and decided that it has a real chance of success. 🧶

As we previously knew, the UK Legal Commission on digital assets arrived last week and surprisingly included many praises for Dr. Craig Wright's Tulip Trading case.

"One of the main conclusions of this report is that recognizing the idiosyncrasies of distinct digital assets and digital asset systems will enable the law of England and Wales to develop more suitable legal principles and rules for these specific digital assets."

It specifically cites the Tulip Trading case as a demonstration of this, with the Legal Commission applauding the Court of Appeal's ability to navigate and understand the nuances of digital assets and their protocols.

"In summary, the judgment demonstrates the practical advantages of our conclusion that the common law of England and Wales remains the appropriate forum for the development and resolution of the legal issues discussed [in the report]."

This case has brought a high degree of certainty to the law of England and Wales: it acknowledges that cryptographic tokens can be things to which personal property rights can relate, that they can be rivalrous, and that their characteristics are manifested by the active operation of software."

It is truly incredible how Dr. Craig Wright has been standing out in the United Kingdom and is now becoming a legal basis for shaping the country's own digital asset law. Much of this may be related to his credibility as an inventor and brilliant scientist and his triumph in previous cases. One of the most notable was when Dr. Craig won the case against Peter, which was considered the Satoshi Case, where he extensively proved that Peter defamed Craig without any evidence or legal basis that he was not Satoshi Nakamoto. Craig easily won this case, but it is still under appeal due to a rather irrational decision by a judge. Furthermore, it is important to mention that Dr. Craig Wright holds the intellectual property rights of Bitcoin in the UK and the entire European Union, along with the copyrights of the Bitcoin white paper in the UK and the United States. Additionally, Nchain holds a substantial arsenal of patents (Something remarkable is that Nchain's CEO, Christen Ager-Hanssen, personally met with the Prime Minister of England Rishi Sunak last week), and it is reasonable to say that Craig's relationship with the UK is strengthening every day. This growing connection even raised recent concerns from the giant BlackRock, where they mentioned Dr. Craig to the SEC, stating they are monitoring Craig's situation in the UK and even suggesting that it could have a significant impact on the entire crypto space.

In January, Craig and COPA will be in court in the UK regarding the copyrights of the Bitcoin white paper, even though Craig already owns them legally and has won the rights through a previous case filed and won in favor of Dr. Craig Wright by the UK court.

Another relevant and impactful point is the Craig Kleiman case in the federal court of the United States 🇺🇸. The case has lasted for many years with millions of dollars invested by both parties and could significantly affect the entire crypto market. This case concerns the "Satoshi coins" where Craig Wright recently won the right to 1 million bitcoins and was considered the sole owner of the Satoshi coins, not part of a team as claimed by the Kleiman side. The case is in its final stages with a settlement hearing scheduled for July 19th.
