Its a basic ideology, yes. So are you trying to say that we need rulers to save us from ourselves based on their personal moral code? Based on which religion? Which god?

I think your intentions are good. A civil society based on a code of ethics and morals. I dont, however, trust the intentions of those in power to enforce them. Too much $ in politics now. They are all bought and paid for.
Yes ultimately its end the same way. If there were 10 of us we would probably look at one or two people to help settle differences. I think its in our nature to do that. And it has nothing to do with religion
