I remember BSV needing hundreds of confirmations. Could be just that.

If I remember correctly it took ages sometimes and even told me swap went wrong, but it always arrived in the end.

Yes - been having the same problem myself the last couple of days. Other exchanges seem to be equally unable to process BSV…
