depends on what you need it for but for long term I use ElectrumSV and Exodus.

If you have very large amounts, need redundancy, or estate planning you could airgap a computer and make a multi sig paper wallet

For BSV you don't need a wallet.

You can just leave it lying around. Should someone steal it, which is extremely unlikely, you just call the Craigster and he reorgs the chain or does confiscationTX.
