it looks like $0.01 because that's what twetch notifications say. Except that it is not $0.01.

@0 if you could explain to me why @127 is getting 9700 sats meme fee, but i am only getting 2600 sats meme fee, and neither of us is getting $0.01 for meme fee, that would be great
