BSV would have been slaughtered if it was trading on Binance and Coinbase but because they already banned it, it's largely unaffected. This is also why it wouldn't have rallied much if the outcome was reversed.

BSV is a long haul project that will either die out because the world has moved on from blockchain and into global centralized systems or it will rise out of the crypto ashes when inevitably all other systems fail at their ponzi apexes.

Relying on a single Judge to make sense of 15+ years worth of fighting after a couple weeks of hearing muckraking arguments about personalities was never a good idea. It would have been great for CSW personally if he won but wouldn't change much else, the other side wouldn't accept it and it would only allow CSW more legal fights which would tarnish BSV even more.

BSV has placed it's stake as a technology diverted from crypto and focused on a completely different set of industry, that now needs to be it's sole focus. Forget crypto, it is now it's own beast, stop trying to tame it.

BSV will succeed or fail based off it's technology, nothing else. Every other token will either be absorbed by ETFs/Blackrock/Mastercard/etc or fail because they have no purpose once the crypto space is cleaned out and regulated.

If CSW truely is Satoshi, then he should allow "Craig" to be hung on the cross of public opinion and resurrect anon-Satoshi, start posting signed messages and teach them properly about the technology. That is who they worship, that is who needs to talk to them now.

The legal system will never bend to his will just because he has a wheelbarrow of diplomas, the crypto beast will never be tamed as long as scammers can milk it for billions without consequence and the central planners will never let their system be made redundant by a commoner with a big idea.

It's a perfect time for Satoshi to return down from the mountain and teach the way. It will take time but people are ready to hear from Satoshi again, CSW doesn't need to sign his name to it anymore.
