I don't think either side made a compelling case. COPA showed the digital data was suspect but didn't really offer hard proof that there isn't a logical explanation. They claim fraud but really all they proved was suspicion.
CSW didn't put up anything that was solid either because he wants to rely on history and education rather than digital trail.
The judge should demand a signing.
If CSW can sign block 1 then all the COPA evidence becomes worthless and just suggests CSW either made up missing pieces to satisfy a timeline he deleted or 3rd parties interjected into his records to tarnish them on purpose.
If CSW can't sign then COPAs circumstantial evidence becomes more solid and CSW's history becomes more of a story of someone who was close to inventing Bitcoin but got beat to the punch and since took ownership of it after the fact.
