If you own a city (which I recommend) you can update the weather (weathersv), population, news, businesses, travel, demographics, and anything related to the city. People and businesses can advertise as well. You can buy and build and/or build and sell.

It’s complicated and the site needs some work but it’s very cool.
I completely agree with you in that respect. Some parts are crazily expensive, aren’t they? I’ve purchased two cities which are quite famous touristic places. I’m looking forward to using it more, and hopefully they’ll release the app version of it.
They definitely need to make an app, have it be user-friendly, and then it will be way more popular. It’s very clunky right now. If they make it very simple to use, people will use it. Some places have sold for thousands of dollars. Still speculative.
