NOOGIES REPORT- Day 1 of my first mint and things I've learned. Minted a few singles first then started with batches of 10. The minter froze up pretty early on due to high demand. Wound up with 42 Noogies I believe. Once the minter was fixed it sold out fast.
Wound up with 2 legendary, one epic and I think 7 Rares. The rest were uncommon and common. Looking at the early marketplace the Legendary seemed to have pretty high prices so my plan was to sell commons and uncommon first to get mint money back. Did that pretty quickly and more than made that money back. Then started selling the others. The tools to look things up worked well as well as the -5% button etc.
Then started selling the other Noogies. Got thru them and held on til late night to one of the legendary ones. Overall made around $57 on the 4.20 or so I spent.
Before bed I had the thought to use the sweep function to grab a bunch of the cheap commons which were at the time 38 to 40 cents. Should have gone with that instinct as they are now over $1.70 each it seems. So not pulling the trigger was a mistake. Especially since I had already made some money.
Overall the whole experience was a blast and returned all of the funds I used to do follows when first arriving here. What was impressive was as my first ever mint and nfts on the site the tools were very user friendly and easy to learn. Listing , researching price with filters, pricing tools etc all worked well. The site was on fire with activity and apparently a lot of new accounts from what I read. Thanks to Twetch for this opportunity and great job building the marketplace!
