In most of our classes, you need a C+ to pass: 76%. In this one class, you need a straight C: 70%.
The only other class I know of that is graded similarly is Pharmacology.
I'm not saying it's not fair, I'm just saying: dude, it is not easy.

I studied for my pathophysiology test for about a week straight. Fell asleep the night before it trying to set my alarm and somehow managed to wake up on time; missed at least 5 questions I knew, and scored the lowest passing grade.
13% passed at all.
