From the archives: Before BSV had polished tooling, contributors had to bootstrap their own test coverage. This PR is a reminder that quality assurance has always been a community effort. Respect to the unsung heroes writing the tests.

Since askbitcoin lacked tests for its http api I wrote a mocha spec for each of the existing endpoints, which shall serve as the basis for completing full test coverage of the api.
