If you had your own spring or waterfall the water would contain it as well no? Our water comes from the Alps and has below 0.2mg/L... data is measured and made public each year.
Obviously you can also measure your local water at a laboratory for a cost.

Sure it can, especially if anywhere near an aluminium factory or if the aluminium has leached into the underground water as Fluor is the byproduct. So need to test the soil and water.
