Gates, Google Bros, Buffet, Bloomberg, Zucker, Soros, all could do that too. Every family in US could have $30K long term wealth next week.
The Google Bros and Zucker has rough income and wealth of every home on the US. What they don't get from web, they've bought the data. In 1 hour they could pull up this information for 50 million people to change their lives. But they don't do that.

I grew up in the northeast, near a big city. Decent street in a blue collar town of mostly 2nd generation Irish or Italians, public schools. Didn't know private school kids til I went to college. Worked 30 years since. Moved south long ago.
