Looks like a good opportunity if you're interested in C++ programming.

C++ is one of the longest standing, still useful languages today. It is widely recognized as one of the fastest, most optimized programming languages.

Is there a language you'd recommend over another if we are interesting in learning to eventually build on Bitcoin? I've been brushing up my JS recently as I wanted to explore the Twetch SDK, but I'm curious if there's a more optimal language for this space

From my experience JS is the go-to. Almost every tool on BSV is either written in JS, or has a comparable package written in JS.

You could write in your own choice of language and use the APIs, but it's so overwhelmingly JS oriented, might as well use JS.

I don't like JavaScript. C++ is my favorite language that's actually useful. We all OUGHT to be using Haskell but we'd need to start over if we were going to use that.

At this point, I like Python most. No damned semi-colons!

But, it's slow, and it has plenty of other issues.

JS is my go-to right now as I'm still learning.

Both python and javascript are scams!!!
